What We Offer
From the beginning Klarius has manufactured emissions control components with the goal to produce the best quality products available for the aftermarket. To date, Klarius has supplied many of the world’s best known aftermarket suppliers, and the parts to fit the vast majority of car brands.
The Klarius emissions control range is known for its performance and reliability. The range includes over 11,000 parts, including exhausts, CATs, DPFs and mountings. Klarius manufactures replacement parts to cater for more than 24 million vehicles in the UK (63% car parc coverage) and approximately 152 million vehicles in Europe (60% car parc coverage).
This level of quality in manufacturing translates into a minimum, 2-year warranty on all type-approved emissions control components supplied by Klarius.

Exhausts
The exhaust system is critical for all road vehicles as it significantly reduces the emissions released into the atmosphere, such as dangerous gases like carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides and hydrocarbons. It also plays a key role in keeping noise levels low and maintaining engine efficiency through correct backpressure levels and exhaust gas removal. Meeting these regulatory standards can help vehicles stay efficient and reduce the chance of MOT fails.
Catalytic Converters (CATs)
CATs act as flow-through devices, funnelling exhaust gases through a monolith, prompting a reaction which cleanses the exhaust gas stream. They contain an internal strata and utilise precious metals (usually a mix of rhodium, platinum and palladium) to neutralise nitrogen oxides, carbon monoxide and hydrocarbons produced during combustion. Klarius’ range of CATs are type approved and are offered with a 2-year minimum warranty and a ‘Fit First Time’ guarantee as standard.
Diesel Particulate Filters (DPFs)
An incredibly important component for ensuring the emissions compliance of diesel vehicles, DPFs collect and process harmful soot particles produced by diesel engines. Constructed with a metal casing containing an internal monolith filter, DPFs act as a filter, capturing large soot particles so they are not released into the atmosphere. The entire Klarius DPF range is type-approved to EU legislative standards and offered with a 2-year minimum warranty.
Mountings
To complement the range of high-quality emissions control components, Klarius also offers mountings for every device in the range. Like the rest of the emissions control range, Klarius manufactures mountings to OEM quality levels, which will ensure that components fit intended vehicles perfectly. This reduces the time to repair and saves modifying the under carriage to accommodate parts.

High-quality replacement parts are designed and tested on vehicles of correct model, make and production year to ensure that OEM quality is met or exceeded.
