Tube Manipulation

Using state-of-the-art CNC techniques, Klarius produce a variety of manipulated tube products from 6mm to 75mm diameter, for use in applications such as seating, exhaust systems, boot hinges, EGR, fuel & coolant systems. One particular area of expertise is the manufacture of multi-diameter tube cluster assemblies.

A full range of end forming and sizing tooling ensures that Klarius' products are delivered ready to fit, no-matter what the application.

All product can be manufactured in mild, aluminised or stainless steel, and empty or mandrel bent as required.
