Located at the largest of Klarius European manufacturing sites in Stoke, UK, Klarius Technical Centre is responsible for the designing each new exhaust and catalytic converter that Klarius makes. The technical centre is also responsible for building the exhaust jigs.

Klarius Group, is currently enjoying success in a challenging market having invested £1.6m in its UK manufacturing and R&D facilities over the last eighteen months. The investment has gone into moving production arrangements over to lean manufacturing and fast track product development for exhausts and catalytic converters by the technical centre.

The net result of the initiatives in the technical centre is that the entire process for developing a new part now takes as little as three weeks: this from the initial customer demand, to the finished product being available from stock, and ready for shipping, next-day, to anywhere in the UK.
