		Tony Wilson, Chairman and Principle Shareholder, Klarius Group Ltd, entrepreneur and private investor, acquired the Light Vehicle Aftermarket Europe division (LVA) from Arvin Meritor. 10 years ago, Tony Wilson also bought WST Engineering, a £10 million turnover company which employs 100 people at Adlington (UK), from Arvin Inc. (who merged with Meritor Automotive in 2000). Tony Wilson retains shares in numerous companies in Europe and Asia. "Our duty as a major player is to reinvent the market and our approach".
		Andrew Jones, Managing Director, Klarius Group Ltd, has spent the majority of his career in the automotive and industry sectors. Andrew Jones joined Timax Exhausts (Arvin Inc.) in 1993 as Manufacturing Director and became UK Divisional & European Operations Director with Tesh Group (LVA). In 2000 he moved to Eminox Ltd as Managing Director of a European manufacturer of truck & bus exhaust and emission control systems. He joined Klarius in 2007.
		Paul Hannah, International Business Development Director Klarius. Paul Hannah has an enviable track record of driving international sales for sector leading industrial companies and is bringing change while injecting energy and dynamism to the sales teams of Klarius across Europe. Paul studied in the UK to achieve top engineering qualifications before gaining a business diploma in Germany. After heading up the international sales teams for one of the worlds leading precision machine tool groups, Paul moved industry to vehicle engineering directing another worldwide sales force, before joining Klarius in 2008.
		David Cheetham, Finance Director. Recently appointed to the Klarius Board of Directors (Oct 2009), David spent his training years at Price Waterhouse Cooper having completed a mechanical engineering degree, and then, the respected ACA Chartered Accountancy qualification. In 2004 David became a partner at Manchester based Corporate Finance specialist firm Ford Campbell. At Ford Campbell David was responsible for the team that financed and completed the successful 2007 purchase of Arvin Meritor Automotive Emissions Division; acting on behalf of Tony Wilson and Andrew Jones, a deal that won an Entrepreneur Insider award from the financial sector. David is now in place to assist with corporate finance, and facilitate any further expansion or acquisitions made by Klarius.
